Restructuring

Overview

Kim Chang Lee combines our strength in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, tax, and labor and employment, to provide comprehensive strategies for dealing with financial distress. Our attorneys represent and counsel both debtors and creditors in reorganizations, bankruptcies, domestic and cross-border insolvencies, and corporate rehabilitations. We assist our clients in a wide range of matters in this area including those relating to formulation of reorganization plans, secured credit facilities, and protective measures for creditors.

Insolvency and corporate restructuring cases often involve corporate and labor issues which require not only breadth of legal expertise but also an in-depth understanding of how various disciplines interact in real life. Drawing from the collective experience and knowledge, we continually bring this cross-disciplinary approach to our clients facing financial distress by providing optimum solutions to concomitant issues such as termination of employment relationships and labor-management disputes and confrontations.
